Long-running traffic engineering support for the Sharp Grossmont Hospital campus — master plan and validation phase. Led traffic analysis for the Oasis Tower drop-off and site circulation, including constrained turnaround geometry, ADA pickup zones, fire access compliance (96 ft requirement), and patient/visitor flow. Coordinated across HMC Architects, DPR Construction, Spurlock Land, Latitude 33, WSP, and County of San Diego on Traffic Index recommendations for internal roads, NPC 5 cluster upgrades, Seismic NPC 4-4D, and construction logistics.
