Corridor planning and conceptual design effort for Ocean Drive and Lummus Park, evaluating permanent pedestrianization options. Led Synchro model inputs across 32 scenarios (4 peak periods × 8 configurations covering weekday and weekend peaks for No Build and multiple build alternatives), applied FDOT pedestrian/bicycle QLOS methodology, managed travel demand subconsultants (RSG), authored the traffic operations report, and directed figure production via QGIS. Balanced multimodal safety, hospitality access, freight/valet use, and emergency access in the recommendations.
