Submitted Rev 1 LMA/TIA on 3/19/2026; led a multi-week NCTD transit-stop coordination effort to evaluate two relocation options where ADA pads and benches did not fit within the 5-foot right-of-way, including coordination with City of Carlsbad and ARCO facility. Negotiated Amendment 2 for added scope.
