Brian led key modeling work for an updated nuclear-emergency evacuation traffic-management plan in the eastern Greater Toronto Area. He oversaw development of Aimsun trip matrices, coordinated with specialist subconsultants, and used Python and GIS to integrate resident surveys, Census information, and the Greater Golden Horseshoe Travel Demand Model into a defensible set of evacuation scenarios.
